Information required for College admission is used to validate your request and process your admission application. Your information is never shared with third parties. We use your information to keep you aware of current news and offerings from the College and to assist you with the admissions and academic process.
If the information you shared included credit card information for a purchase, this information must be released to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment and your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you have ordered.
Emmaus.edu may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of emmaus.edu, our customers, or others. Emmaus.edu may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose personally identifiable information upon receipt of court order, subpoena, or in cooperation with a law enforcement investigation. Emmaus.edu fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities and reserves the right to report any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
We have also implemented Google Analytics Advertising features, including: remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, as well as other Integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including the collection of data via advertising cookies and identifiers. Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our sites that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement. If we are going to be using the information collected from users in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will send affected users written notice of the change by email.
