Legacy Gift & Estate Planning Opportunities
A Christian Will involves planning that reflects the believer’s understanding of his or her position as a steward of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is an important document that reflects your desires and values.
A Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) enables you to give a tax-advantageous gift in exchange for an annuity. This annuity provides you with a lifelong income stream, and upon death, the balance is distributed to Emmaus.
A beneficiary designation gift is a simple and affordable way to make a gift to support Emmaus. You can designate the college as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or of a retirement, investment, or bank account.
A Charitable Remainder Trust is a tax-exempt irrevocable trust that reduces taxable income. It provides an annual payout to beneficiaries for a specified period of time. After that time, the remainder is given to Emmaus.
A Revocable Living Trust (RLT) can add flexibility, security, and privacy to almost any estate plan, large or small, and can help avoid lengthy probate processes.

Legacy Ministry Services is a non-profit organization that exists to serve the Lord's people as they seek to advance the work of the Gospel through charitable giving.
Stewards Advisory Services is a Registered Investment Advisory firm that primarily serves a Christian clientele to help them thrive with the resources that God has entrusted to them.
