Emmaus has an opening for a Coordinator of Support Services beginning January 27, 2020. This important and personally fulfilling, full time position, with generous benefits (e.g. health insurance, etc.), provides essential support functions that enable the college to achieve its mission. Duties include; managing the front/reception desk of the college (about 10 PT employees, and $55,000 budget), employee benefits, purchasing agent (office supplies and equipment), mail collection/distribution, travel coordinator, vehicle checkout, facility use coordinator, and support for the Business Office and VP of Administration and Finance.

A love for Christian education, people skills and several years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist would be excellent preparation. We will train you on the specifics.
