After undergraduate studies, Tom was commissioned in the USAF and served a 20-year career in Transportation and Logistics command and staff positions at locations including Vietnam, Germany, Sicily, and the Pentagon where he retired as Director of USAF Transportation Programs. He then began a 30-year academic career serving as a logistics and operations management faculty member at several universities, and in administrative positions as Dean of the Business Schools at Fort Lewis College and Woodbury University; and Director of Undergraduate Programs and Accreditation at Florida Gulf Coast University. Tom married Carol (Bollinger) in November 1969, and they have one grown son and three grandchildren. Tom and Carol’s home assembly is Fellowship Bible Chapel, Fort Myers, Florida, and they fellowship at Arbor Oaks Bible Chapel when in Dubuque, Iowa. Tom serves as a Trustee and Corporate Secretary, Stewards Foundation, and is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee, Believers Stewardship Services.

Kim and his wife Denise came to Emmaus from Warsaw, Indiana where he served both as a Deacon at Bethany Fellowship as well as on the preaching rotation schedule.Kim holds a BA from Christian Heritage College, a M.Div. from Grace Theological Seminary, and an MBA and PhD (Global Leadership) from Indiana Institute of Technology. Kim also holds a PHR certification in Human Resources and has over 30 years’ experience in industry focusing most recently on professional recruitment, program development and management, as well as engineering and project management. Kim is a member of SHRM and previously was a member of ASTM. Kim also taught as an adjunct professor at Indiana Institute of Technology in general areas of business. Kim and Denise have four adult children in Wyoming, New York, Georgia and Florida and enjoy traveling, camping and working with wood.

Sheri joined the faculty of Emmaus Bible College in 2011, initially serving as a faculty member in the general education and teacher education departments as well fulfilling the role of assessment coordinator. That role has now expanded to Associate Dean for General Studies and Assessment and Director of the Secondary Education Program.
Sheri is a 1994 graduate of Emmaus Bible College, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. After marrying Robb, also an Emmaus alum, she attended Missouri Baptist University where she obtained Missouri Teacher Certification in middle and high school English and Language Arts. From 1998 through 2011, she was privileged to teach students in the Fort Zumwalt School District, near Saint Louis, Missouri. During her tenure there she pursued a Master of Science Degree in Educational Administration and a post-graduate Educational Specialist’s Degree in Superintendence. Along with teaching middle school language arts and high school English, Mrs. Popp added a middle school social studies endorsement to her certificate and served as the department chair of the South Middle School social studies department from 2009 to 2011. In her role as department chair she participated in extensive training in school reform through the implementation of Professional Learning Communities and studied integrated secondary literacy instruction through the Missouri Reading Initiative.
Robb and Sheri are active in the small group Bible study ministry at Asbury Community Chapel. In their spare time they enjoy golf and volleyball and playing with their two border collies, Todd and Lola.
