Job Description: 

Accounts Payables (Part-time)
Processes all invoices, expense reports, and employee credit card transactions for payment through the accounting system. This includes reviewing transactions, entering into our payment system, and processing checks for payments. Assist the controller with the month end closing process, GL account and bank reconciliations, and some minor budget development.

Accounts Payables & Staff Accountant (Full-time)
Same responsibilities listed above while the accounting portion would add assisting the controller in the month end closing process, account and bank reconciliations, and budget development. This includes monthly journal entries, fixed asset tracking, and other assigned duties, such as assisting in the employee onboarding process (E-Verify, I-9, W-4).

  • Experience working with Excel and Word
  • Some knowledge of accounting principles
