  • High School Adventure Ministry Program Counselors at HonyRock Camp in Northern Wisconsin

    HoneyRock camp of Wheaton College in Northern Wisconsin is looking for counselors for our summer adventure ministry program. We provide advanced ministry training and leadership experience to college students who love Jesus and want to invest in the lives of others. Staff we hire spend the summer leading wilderness trips (backpacking/kayaking/canoeing), urban service projects and for high school students and incoming college freshman.   • TCL Director at Lakeside Bible Camp, Clinton, WA

    Lakeside Bible Camp is located on Whidbey Island in Washington state. We are looking for one or two

    Lakeside Bible Camp is located on Whidbey Island in Washington state. We are looking for one or two qualified individuals to direct our Training in Christian Living program in the summer of 2014. There are two TCL sessions we have openings for:

    • TCL 1 – June 21–July 12 (Plan to arrive June 18)
    • TCL 2 – July 26–August 16 (Plan to arrive July 23)
    Lakeside Bible Camp offers an honorarium for each TCL session of $1500. The TCL Director must be skilled and able to teach God’s word effectively to teenagers. He must have a heart to disciple teens and must have experience serving in youth ministry. He must agree to the mission, values and doctrine of the camp. A married couple is preferred.

    Training in Christian Living is a discipleship & service program for high school students who are juniors, seniors, or recently graduated. It is a three week intensive ministry  that challenges students to grow in areas of character, Christian community, and to be  transformed by the cross.

  • Program Director at Crescent Lake Bible Camp in Rhinelander, WI

    Job Description:

    The Program Director is at the front of our customer service emphasis. They are responsible for the day-to-day outreach, program management, and ministry to our clients. As such, they need to be a positive role model for staff and guests; be organized and detail-oriented; promote cleanliness and safety; ensure that all programs offered are the best possible experience for everyone in attendance. Their job will consist of half of their time spent in the office and the other half with groups on camp.

    Qualifications:

    Candidates must have a sincere love for the Lord and exhibit high Christian standards in their personal life; have a love for campers of all ages and backgrounds and possess a desire to see them grow physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. They must agree with and sign the Doctrinal Statement of Northern Lakes Partners, file all necessary paperwork including an application, reference forms, etc., agree to random drug-testing, and successfully pass all Reference Checks and the Background Check. Candidates must have completed a minimum of one year of college or post-high school training program, be eager to learn, flexible and able to work with campers and other staff members. Preference will be given to those with a 4-year degree and/or advanced certifications.
