Candidacy Process

Please submit the following documents and responses for review:

• A current resume or CV
• Personal testimony of faith in Christ as Savior and information about your church affiliation and ministry
• Responses to the following questions:
1. What attracts you to the role of president at Emmaus Bible College at this time in your life?  (500-1000 words)
2. What do you perceive as the current challenges and opportunities for Biblical higher education?  (500-1000 words)
3. Based on the position description, your knowledge of Emmaus, and other research you may have done, what personal skills and life experiences would lead you to believe that you would be an effective leader at Emmaus?  (500-1000 words)
• Contact information (telephone and email) for three references who know you and your career well enough to comment on your suitability for the presidency of Emmaus Bible College.  At least one reference should be an elder in your local church.
• The Search Committee will request official transcripts for all candidates interviewed.
