Job Description:

The Community Bible Chapel pastor must meet all biblical qualifications of an elder and have a clear sense of God's call to l'astorallllinistry. We seek a pastor wllo uses primarily expositional along with occasional topical styles of preaching and applies the Word to our lives. To be successful, we believe our pastor must be able to clearly communicate a biblical vision for the church and inspire people to pursue it. We seek an effective leader committed to equipping the saints to do the work of the ministry and sending them out with appropriate accountability. We desire a pastor who will lead in cooperation with the elders and preferably has prior pastoral experience. We seek an individual who is passionate about discipling all ages within our church, reaching out to our local community and furthering worldwide missions.

The purpose of Community Bible Chapel is the edification of Christians through teaching of the Word of God and the world-wide proclamation of the gospeL The gospel is God's saving grace expressed in the shed blood and finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross. Internship with WILD and HCY

Qualifications

  3. One year commitment
  4. Raise a small amount of monthly financial support to cover living expenses and the overseas ministry trip. (Anyone who does not live in the Rhinelander area will be given assistance to find affordable housing.)
  5. Obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit
  6. Open to exciting ministry adventure
  7. Agree to and follow WILD’s Lifestyle Policy

Benefits

Responsibilities

  5. Minimum of one overseas ministry opportunity with WILD

Interns begin in Summer (June or July) of 2014 for a one year commitment, working closely with Mike Prom in both WILD and HCY, Interns can come from Rhinelander area or other parts of USA/world. They will be involved in working with teenagers and internationals. Pastoral Internship Program at 1st Baptist Church in Vinton, IA

Duration: 6 to 12 months, begins May or June (negotiable)

High School Adventure Ministry Program Counselors at HonyRock Camp in Northern Wisconsin

HoneyRock camp of Wheaton College in Northern Wisconsin is looking for counselors for our summer adventure ministry program. We provide advanced ministry training and leadership experience to college students who love Jesus and want to invest in the lives of others. Staff we hire spend the summer leading wilderness trips (backpacking/kayaking/canoeing), urban service projects and for high school students and incoming college freshman. Staff Director at Lakeside Bible Camp, Clinton, WA

Lakeside Bible Camp is located on Whidbey Island in Washington state. We are looking for a married couple to direct our Staff program in the summer of 2014. The Summer Staff program at LBC runs from June 6–August 23 (Plan to arrive June 3).

As Staff directors, your primary responsibility is to care for the Spiritual well being of our summer staff by regularly leading them in Bible Studies, caring for them individually,  and encouraging them as they persevere through the summer ministry. During family camps you will be asked to oversee the staff as they lead and put together the VBS program for the kids. 

Staff Directors must be oriented toward a relational ministry with a heart for discipleship. Our goal is to use the summer staff ministry at LBC to point young adults toward excellence in service, godly lifestyles, and Christian maturity.

TCL Director at Lakeside Bible Camp, Clinton, WA

Lakeside Bible Camp is located on Whidbey Island in Washington state. We are looking for one or two qualified individuals to direct our Training in Christian Living program in the summer of 2014. There are two TCL sessions we have openings for:

  • TCL 1 – June 21–July 12 (Plan to arrive June 18)
  • TCL 2 – July 26–August 16 (Plan to arrive July 23)

Lakeside Bible Camp offers an honorarium for each TCL session of $1500. The TCL Director must be skilled and able to teach God’s word effectively to teenagers. He must have a heart to disciple teens and must have experience serving in youth ministry. He must agree to the mission, values and doctrine of the camp. A married couple is preferred. 

Training in Christian Living is a discipleship & service program for high school students who are juniors, seniors, or recently graduated. It is a three week intensive ministry  that challenges students to grow in areas of character, Christian community, and to be  transformed by the cross.

Program Director at Crescent Lake Bible Camp in Rhinelander, WI

Job Description:

The Program Director is at the front of our customer service emphasis. They are responsible for the day-to-day outreach, program management, and ministry to our clients. As such, they need to be a positive role model for staff and guests; be organized and detail-oriented; promote cleanliness and safety; ensure that all programs offered are the best possible experience for everyone in attendance. Their job will consist of half of their time spent in the office and the other half with groups on camp.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a sincere love for the Lord and exhibit high Christian standards in their personal life; have a love for campers of all ages and backgrounds and possess a desire to see them grow physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. They must agree with and sign the Doctrinal Statement of Northern Lakes Partners, file all necessary paperwork including an application, reference forms, etc., agree to random drug-testing, and successfully pass all Reference Checks and the Background Check. Candidates must have completed a minimum of one year of college or post-high school training program, be eager to learn, flexible and able to work with campers and other staff members. Preference will be given to those with a 4-year degree and/or advanced certifications.

Food Service Manager – Job Summary:

The applicant must contribute to the mission of GBCC, as part of the food service team, as well as the larger ministry team of GBCC, by preparing meals to enhance the experience of each guest. An overview of the duties of the Food Service Manager would include but, not limited to menu planning and food preparation, food/supply purchasing and inventory, administrative duties with food service and food service staff. The Food Service Manager may be asked to help in other areas of the camp.
